I purchased a new touchscreen DVD/radio for my Toyota from Audio Plus. The pricing was good, and the service was outstanding! They completed the job quickly and on time. The installation was top-notch (it looks like a factory installation). The owner (Rob) works closely with his customers, and the installer (Louis) was very personable. After the installation was complete, Louis took me to the car and went through most of the functions of the radio, which saved me a lot of time due to the many features of the device. UPDATE: I went back to Audio Plus to get my ham radio installed. The job was PERFECT! Louis knew all of the details about installing ham radios, which can be a special case since they are RF transmitters and not just receivers. He was very familiar with the proper grounding requirements, current draw, etc. and even made suggestions that will save me money later. One of the great things about Audio Plus, essentially a two-man operation, is that they are very customer-oriented. They listen to your requests, and do exactly what you ask while offering suggestions as well. They honor their estimates, and are perfectionists at doing the work. I highly recommend this place. A fellow ham operator friend of mine also had his radio installed there, and he was just as happy as I was.

Went to have a car stereo installed that I had ordered online. Customer service was phenomenal! Louis didn't blink an eye at the fact I had 3 little ones in tow:) A fantastic job was done on the installation and Louis did a great job explaining how the system worked. Only wished I had purchased the system from them so I could have given more business to them!!!
